Unser International Corporates Team ist für Betreuung von internationalen und anspruchsvollen Kunden verantwortlich, wobei unser Firmenkundengeschäft eine breite Palette von Produktlösungen in den Bereichen Corporate und Investment Banking. Dabei steht für uns die Begleitung von international tätigen österreichischen Großunternehmen bei Kapitalmarkttransaktionen, bei der Absicherung von Außenhandelsgeschäften und bei der Umsetzung von ESG- und Nachhaltigkeitszielen im strategischen Fokus.
Aufgaben:
• Unterstützung des Teams bei der Akquisition und Betreuung von Firmenkunden sowie Koordination der involvierten lokalen und internationalen Produktspezialisten
• Unterstützung der Relationship Manager bei der Entwicklung von kundenspezifischen Lösungen, bei der Erstellung von Kundenplanungen sowie der Vorbereitung von Kreditanträgen und entsprechenden Präsentationen
• Kennenlernen der Arbeitsweise einer internationalen Bank und Einarbeiten in die Produktpalette im Firmenkundengeschäft und den verbundenen ESG-Themen
• Unterstützung des Teams bei der Einhaltung der KYC- (Know Your Customer) und Compliance-Vorgaben
• Kurzum: Es erwarten Sie spannende Herausforderungen, bei denen Sie sich im Umgang mit großen Firmenkunden gleichermaßen als Unterstützer, Impulsgeber und Prozesstreiber verstehen
Dein Profil
• Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Master-Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften, gegebenenfalls kurz vor Abschluss
• Affinität zu internationalem Firmenkundengeschäft und Corporate Finance
• Praktika bei Banken, Unternehmensberatungen oder in Finanzabteilungen von Unternehmen
• Gute Kenntnisse in der Analyse von Bilanzen, Strategien und Märkten
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Überdurchschnittliches analytisches, lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
• Hohe Vertriebs- und Serviceorientierung, selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Affinität zu digitalen Themen und sichere Anwendung von MS Office

As our new Junior Finance Specialist, you will be part of a highly skilled and dedicated team in Vienna. You will take ownership and responsibility of the tasks you work on.

Erstellen Sie wöchentliche Bankabstimmungen für alle Konten und Kreditkartenverrechnungskonten
Eine strenge Kontrolle der Rückstellungen und des Vorauszahlungsregisters stellt sicher, dass die Abschneideverfahren eingehalten werden, wodurch die Genauigkeit der Monatsendberichte verbessert wird
Stimmen Sie die Einnahmen täglich ab und überwachen Sie die strenge Bargeldkontrolle an den Standorten
Verantwortlich für die Koordination und Präsentation der Monatsendberichte inkl. Soll-Ist-Analyse
Vorbereitung des Berichtspakets zum Monatsende einschließlich Abstimmung für alle Bilanzkonten
Cash-Flow-Management und -Kontrolle
Füllen Sie die Umsatzsteuererklärungen vierteljährlich aus
Pflegen Sie Dateien und Dokumentation sorgfältig und genau in Übereinstimmung mit den Unternehmensrichtlinien und anerkannten Rechnungslegungspraktiken

What the role is
The Finance Managerr is the key finance business partner for our hotels in Germany and Austria. This position will report directly to the VP of Finance. This role will require accurate finance control and will certainly develop your business acumen.
What you will be doing
Own the Finance Manager function for your hotels, ensuring compliance with group accounting policy and accuracy of PO coding.
Prepare bank reconciliations for all accounts and credit card clearing accounts on a weekly basis Tight control of accruals and prepayment register ensures that cut-off procedures are followed improving the accuracy of month-end reporting.
Reconcile revenue on a daily basis monitoring tight cash control at locations.
Responsible for the coordination and presentation of the end-of-month reports including budget vs actual analysis.
Preparation of month-end reporting pack including reconciliation for all balance sheet accounts.
Cash flow management and control.
Complete VAT returns on a quarterly basis.
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
Maintain the fixed asset register.
Ensure lease and debt payments are made in accordance with contracts.
What you need for the role
- 5+ years working in a Finance Team with similar responsibilities
- University or college courses in accounting/business/commerce
- Experience in the hospitality industry an advance, but not essential
- Must have strong work ethics
- Must be well organized and a self-starter
- Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
- Detail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
-Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures
