Société SNTL SUPPLY CHAIN opérant dans le secteur de la logistique, recrute pour son filiale Intercontinental Logistics Services basé à Tanger Med deux chefs d’équipes.

Missions:

• Assurer le suivi, le contrôle et la coordination des activités du service et de l’équipe en respectant les règles des procédures et de la qualité de service:

– Organiser les arrivages et la réception des stocks

– Gérer les emplacements de stocks

– Veiller à la bonne préparation des commandes

– Gérer les zones de préparation et s’assurer des expéditions dans les délais impartis

– Superviser l’entretien et la maintenance des matériels de manutention

– Veiller au respect des procédures, des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité

– Veiller à la propreté des zones de préparation, d’expédition et de stockage

• Assurer l’animation de l’équipe afin d’accroître la performance collective dans le respect des valeurs managériales.

• Assurer le reporting de son activité:

Produire les informations de suivi nécessaires au pilotage de l’activité du service et à la prise de décision (tableaux de bord d’activité, rapport analytique)

• Assurer le management direct de ses équipes

Formation et Expérience:

– Bac + 2 et plus;

– Expérience de 2 ans et plus dans la logistique de textile, la prestation logistique dans une zone franche;

Compétence Métier:

– Maîtrise des processus logistiques;

– Maîtrise des techniques des tableaux de bord;

– Maîtrise de l’outil informatique et le logiciel WMS;

– Bon niveau en Français (écrit et parlé);

– Homme de terrain, rigoureux et réactif;

– Fort esprit d’équipe et d’analyse;

– Forte personnalité;

– Bonne connaissance de la législation du travail;

– Maîtrise de la réglementation HSE.

Ensure exceptions in waterside moves confirmation in the TOS via OCR are handled timely and diligently

Ensure various applicable systems are updated timely

Accountabilities:

Monitor closely the OCR exception queues and act upon them as per established procedure

Escalate and liaise with the PCO as and when required

Use the RDT to confirm the load situation and/or discharge unit while the OCR system is down.

Ensure required reporting at the shift end or vessel operations completion is done accurately and timely

Liaise with lashing Foreman for the lashing platform preparation and Gondola usage.

Follow up on confirmation of all special handling in the terminal including OOG and BB.

Liaise with deck man on any changes to planned stowage positions or any inventory needed on board

Look ahead of operation and detect any potential challenge that need to be deal with and inform the OPS Sup if needed

Undertake any other duties as directed by management

Profil recherché : Qualification:

Bac+3. Requires a bachelor degree or at least three years of relevant vocational education.

Must well versed with using computers

Requires a high level of planning and organizational skills.

Excellent visual acuity

Works well under pressure

Requires good verbal and written communication skills in English and French as well as fluency in the local language.

Requires good interpersonal skills

Poste :

The Buyer is required to manage Purchase requisitions in a daily basis for assigned goods and commodities for a number of terminals based in Europe or North America, Africa.

Ensures that supplies are ordered and delivered in a timely manner based on the best Total Cost of Ownership.

Accountabilities:

Handle purchase requisitions of goods and services from request to delivery with the aim of achieving the best TCO while respecting internal stakeholders’ expectations.

Managing pre-qualification process, coordinate and conduct technical and commercial tender evaluation.

Maintain and update vendor database in order to establish reliable supply sources and back-up sources to ensure un-interrupted delivery.

Continuously follow up on the proper adherence to established policies and guidelines by the other departments and report effectively all discrepancies and propose ways of improvement.

Conduct award and kick-off meetings with Contractors. Maintain and further develop positive relationships between key stakeholders and the department.

Ensure timely, accurate and efficient processing of purchase requisitions/orders and Framework agreements in respect to TCO, SOPs and internal customers’ requirements as defined in the SLA KPIs.

Strive to continuously improve workings processes, ensure reliability by maintaining good relations with suppliers and reduce cost and complexity.

Perform other tasks as requested by procurement hub manager.

Respect all safety, security and health requirements for various work environments.

Profil recherché :

Qualification;

Master's Degree in purchasing, business administration or management.

Knowledge of purchasing foundations and practices, product and service vendor sources.

Strong knowledge of MS office and ERP systems

Good communication skills in French, English (Hearing, Speaking, Reading and Writing).

Perfect communication skills in spanish

Proven ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of requisitions and tight deadlines.

Multi-tasking and prioritising, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high level goals.

Willingly collaborates. Is not afraid to seek advice from others. Puts in extra effort when needed to help others. Recognizes that the ways of getting things done in different departments, organizations are not the same.

Customer service oriented, thinks about the customer when undertaking day-to-day work.

Strong negotiation skills to enable the company procure needed materials, supplies and services of the appropriate levels of quality at the lowest possible cost without compromising long term relationship with stakeholders.

Knowledge of International and Local Market and following the new trends in the fields of Spare parts and services for Port industry.

The incumbent requires a very high degree of ethical standards.
